2002 - 2003

In 2001 Pemberton bought a second-hand Casio camera watch. The watch was pre-mobile phone cameras and not something that was widely known and used. The artist took hundreds of photos, mostly without the knowledge of the people being photographed. The project addresses the surveillance culture that surrounds us and the rights of individuals within it.
